your appointment time is reserved just for you. to respect everyone's time, i kindly ask for advance notice when rescheduling or canceling.
- rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.
- cancellations with less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost.
